Polycarbonate (Lexan®)
A polycarbonate roof (Lexan) is the answer if you want to allow all the light in but reduce the harmful UV rays and stop the rain.
We use 10mm (1/2") clear, tinted, or opaque (white) polycarbonate. This gives you an area that is free of the bugs, wind and rain. Some of our customers have chosen the screen roof at first and then switched to the polycarbonate later. The process is quick and painless. Many have half of the roof in screen and the other half in polycarbonate.
Our Polycarbonate Roofs are permanent, and they do not need to be taken down in the winter. We have engineered our screen rooms to withstand even the harshest of conditions, and with a weight rating of 75 kilograms per square meter on the Polycarbonate material alone, snow loads are not a worry!
Custom Features
Each of our screen enclosures is custom built. In addition, there are several custom features that we can create, such as a doggy-door.
If you can imagine a feature, we can usually bring it to life.
