3-Season Windows
Summer is not nearly long enough!
But with a 3 Season sun room, you can enjoy the fresh air and the outdoors in the Spring and Fall as well.
Although screen rooms are our forte, we do get requests from those who like the esthetics of our room but want, as well as the polycarbonate roof, solid walls.
For these customers we have incorporated into our design the 'Vertical Four Track' window system. These windows can be fitted to your enclosure when it is constructed or anytime in the future.
The window panels slide up or down to expose the screen on the other side thus opening the entire wall to the outside. They can slide back into place to provide a three-season room.
The benefits of a three-season room are the extended use of the room in the early spring and late fall. A Suncoast three-season room gives you the benefits of the strong, durable Suncoast Screen room plus the benefits of a three-season room.
